YES! I agree to be a Pro Bono Champion and pledge to provide our employees with opportunities to give of their talents to serve the social sector via an organized pro bono program.

  • As part of your pledge we ask you to estimate & report against a goal -- a projection that your company aspires to achieve by July 1, 2013 -- in support of the overall $2B reporting goal. Reporting will be requested annually from the date of your pledge.
  • Billion + Change can offer experienced resources to help your organization set a goal and get started.
  • Your goal can be confidential and will only be reported in aggregate with all others.
  • If you are a company that is just getting started, and you want to start or expand your skills-based volunteer work but don't want to report against a goal, we still welcome you to the campaign and will support your efforts.

A Billion + Change would like to feature your work on an ongoing basis within our national marketing, communications and PR efforts. YES, I give you permission to (please check):

Include our Name, You may list us as an organization who has accepted the challenge and display our logo on your website (please attach a high res jpg/png and eps file of your logo at the end).

Share our Goal, You may share the text description of our Company's goal.

Feature our Work, You can feature our work on an ongoing basis on B+C website and print communications materials.

Send us regular emails, newsletters and invitations to Billion + Change events and activities.




Please feel free to call the Billion + Change team to answer questions as you develop your pledge. Your company's pro-bono skills-based pledge can be reported in several ways:

1. Percentage of Skilled Workforce: % of your company's employees will donate hours of pro bono service or skills-based volunteering by 2013. At an estimated value of $150 per professional hour, your commitment is worth $ .

2. Number of Pro Bono or Skills-Based Volunteer Hours: Your company will contribute hours of pro bono service or skills-based volunteering by 2013. At an estimated value of $150 per hour, your commitment is worth $ .

3. Pre-Determined Dollar Value: Your company will contribute $ worth of pro bono service or skills-based volunteering by 2013.

4. We're just getting started but pledge to create a pro bono or skills-based volunteer program for our employees between now and June 2013.
