Let’s face it. Pro bono work doesn’t always photograph well.  Eyeballs just don’t seem to gravitate toward images of nonprofit board service.  But, we’ve got proof that it can be inspirational. Nonprofit and business professionals working together to solve problems by sharing talents is amazing work that is changing the world every day.  As we know, tears flow, hugs happen and there are great stories to be told.

Last week, more than 170 leaders in industry, policy and civic engagement convened at A Billion + Change's national forum in Washington, D.C. to discuss the power of corporate skills-based volunteerism to meet the most pressing challenges of the 21st century.
